What is new at BYTERONIX.

• Standalone email hosting for domains at other providers: verify ownership using TXT and add the displayed mail DNS records at your provider.

• Manage mailboxes, storage, webmail and setup instructions together in an email project. New plans appear in the catalogue once enabled.
• Terms, balance checkout, renewal and upgrades follow the existing product flows. Automatic renewal can be enabled by the customer.

• Email projects can be linked to support tickets. Return links lead from product details to the relevant product overview.

• Manage email addresses for domains using BYTERONIX nameservers directly in the customer area without booking a web hosting package. Each activated domain includes five mailboxes with 1 GB of storage each at no additional package cost.

• Create and delete mailboxes, change passwords and manage allocated storage. Optional monthly add-on packages for more mailboxes and storage are offered after checking available capacity.
• Open webmail directly from the mailbox list with one click.

• Setup instructions for Thunderbird and Outlook show your IMAP/SMTP settings. Apple Mail has a setup profile that contains no stored mailbox password.
• Prepare the email addresses you need before switching. Incoming email is switched after your explicit confirmation. Existing messages are not transferred automatically.

• Our support team can order hosting products, domains and Plesk licences on your behalf at prices agreed with you. Your available balance and selected term are checked before the order is completed.
• Preparations for the new year include a New Year Sale page with a configurable target year, a separate New Year countdown and a seasonal design. The New Year Sale and its new automatic design period start switched off.

• Your confirmation identifies the order placed by our support team and includes a ticket reference when available. It explains whether an agreed special price applies only to the first term or also to renewals.
• Agreed ongoing prices remain valid for renewals with the same configuration. Other terms are priced proportionally; configuration changes account for the regular price difference.
• A shared campaign banner above the navigation links directly to the relevant campaign and shows the time remaining until its offers end.

• New ARK: Survival Evolved servers now have at least 25 GB of storage, with 30 GB selected by default in the configurator. Existing servers, orders, prices and remaining terms stay unchanged.

• Submitting a support ticket now shows a loading state and disables the submit button. Additional protection prevents multiple tickets when the same form is submitted repeatedly.

• Visit /adventskalender for a calendar with 24 doors. Use your verified customer account to open the current day’s door from December 1 to December 24. Future doors remain locked.
• Dedicated Black Week, Halloween and autumn sale pages bring discounted hosting offers together with start and end times and a countdown. A button beside the BYTERONIX logo leads directly to the current promotion.

• The public idea board shows approved ideas, discussions and their current status without requiring sign-in. Search and filters help you find relevant topics.
• With your customer account, you can submit ideas, vote for or against them, post comments and replies, and react with emojis. Comments show your first name and existing profile picture.
• Ronix is your AI assistant for clear submission and publication updates. Status changes remain visible in the history without additional automatic comments.
• Autumn, Halloween, winter and Christmas get their own effects: warm-coloured leaves, flying bats and pumpkins, snowflakes and snow-covered edges, plus garlands, Christmas baubles and warm lights. Spring and summer designs are also available for manual selection.
• Our team can centrally enable and disable seasonal designs in the backoffice. Animations, static decorations and design intensity can be controlled separately.
• A recurring annual schedule can automatically switch between autumn, Halloween, winter and Christmas. Overlapping periods, dates across New Year and German local time are taken into account. Automatic scheduling starts switched off.
• Discover personal coupons for selected hosting products with a lasting discount for the booked product, including renewals or a bonus for an eligible online top-up. On December 24, we give you €5 in promotional credit with no top-up required. Your extra shows its minimum amount and expiry. Redeem coupon codes on the day of the door before midnight German local time. Start payment for top-up rewards by that time; the payment provider may confirm it later.
• Our team manages the calendar and daily offers centrally in the backoffice. Once enabled, an advent calendar card replaces the product showcase on the right of the home page. On smaller screens, it appears below the introduction.
• Each promotion can offer a discount for the first booked period or for the lifetime of the booked product. Offers show the regular price, promotional price and savings in euros. Paid extras are calculated for the selected configuration.
• Your personal sharing code lets other customers request access. As the owner, you select the products and approve access to their technical management; finances and contract actions remain under your control.
• Server transfers let you hand over KVM, TeamSpeak, game and bot servers to another customer after confirmation. The remaining term and product price carry over without a new charge. Each takeover starts a 14-day transfer lock; previous shares and automatic renewals are disabled.
• Alongside an authenticator app, you can now use short-lived, single-use email codes for two-factor sign-in. When switching methods, your current protection stays active until the new method is confirmed.
• Import public SSH keys in your account or generate new keys locally in your browser. Only the public part is sent to BYTERONIX. Saved keys can be selected when ordering Linux KVM servers and during reinstalls.

• Sign-in with two-factor authentication has additional protection against unwanted access.
• Automatic recovery of pending game server and bot provisioning has been improved.
• The handling and display of uploaded partner logos have additional protection.
• Your submission is reviewed privately first. Our team manages ideas and discussions centrally and publishes an anonymous version of your suggestion.
• Status, planning and associated versions make progress easy to follow. You receive a notification about important changes and replies from our team.
• You can pause active animations in the footer, and your choice is saved. Your device’s reduced-motion preference is respected. Light and dark views remain available, and decorations never block buttons or forms.
• Your advent bonus is credited only after payment succeeds. The higher amount of your regular online top-up bonus and advent bonus applies; the two are never added together. You can revisit doors you have already opened.
• Our team manages page text, dates, the header button, discount duration and multiple product offers together in the backoffice. A price preview shows the calculated amounts before saving. When several header promotions are active, the most recently started one is shown.
• Buttons on promotion pages and in the advent calendar use familiar BYTERONIX icons and match both light and dark views.
• The advent calendar explains minimum amounts, expiry and discount duration more clearly. Redeem personal coupons on the day of the door; for top-up rewards, start payment on the same day before midnight German local time. The payment provider may confirm it later.
• You can revoke product access at any time. Shared users cannot access global hosting credentials; hosting access belonging to another account remains protected after an ownership change.
• Your account now has four clear sections: Personal details, Security, SSH keys, and Payments & connections. Profile details and your billing address are together; first and last names remain protected.
• Your account type is determined automatically by the company name: an account with a company name is a business account; without one, it is a private account. No separate selection is needed.
• A new email address becomes active only after confirmation; your previous address then receives a security notice. You can sign out your other active sessions together after confirming your current password.
• Choose in your account whether to receive general customer information with news and offers. Your preference is respected by the existing backoffice delivery system. Important security, contract and operational messages will continue to reach you.

• Balance top-ups and payment confirmations are recorded more reliably and consistently.
• Orders submitted more than once are recognized as the same order and are not charged again.
• Hosting configurator price previews account for selected resources, booking periods and extras more consistently. Promotional discounts are calculated for the configuration; additional IP addresses and other excluded extras retain their regular price.
