Which licence do I need?

Choose VPS for a virtual server and Dedicated for your own physical server. The licence type must match your server environment.

When do I enter the IP address?

The IP address is not required during checkout. Add it after ordering in the licence management area under “IP binding”.

Which terms can I order?

You can order and renew Plesk licences for 30, 90, 180, 360, 720 or 1080 days.

What happens when the licence expires?

Expired Plesk licences are deleted rather than merely suspended. Renew your licence in good time.

Can I view the licence key?

Yes. Once provisioning is complete, the licence key is available directly in your licence management area.

Can I upgrade or downgrade a licence?

No. Changing the licence type is not supported. Select the appropriate package for your server when ordering.

After ordering, the licence is provisioned automatically. You can then bind it to your server IP in the customer area.

Plesk licences are ordered and renewed using your BYTERONIX balance. The price is calculated according to the selected term.
