What we stand for
Less talk. Better building.
Many hosting providers feel interchangeable: similar pages, similar workflows, similar management. BYTERONIX should be an interface that explains more clearly what is happening and does not force customers into complicated contract logic.

We consciously chose a balance model: customers renew products when they need and can afford them, without hidden obligations or debt collection letters.

Histories, orders and product states should remain transparent so parents can understand what happened and which costs were created.

Acquisition
August 2025
ALMA HOST is acquired by Lorscheid-EDV. This marks the beginning of turning an existing hosting offer into an independent modern platform.
New name
October 2025
ALMA HOST is renamed to BYTERONIX. The old presence becomes the foundation for a new brand with its own expectations for usability, transparency and product feel.
Concept
Late 2025
For several years, we repeatedly compared similar hosting providers and saw the same pattern again and again: everything looks similar and everything works similarly. BYTERONIX is meant to be different on purpose.
Development restart
January 2026
Once it became clear that the management system needed to become more specific, the system was fully restructured at the beginning of 2026. A further development became an independent platform.
First BYTERONIX software release
June 22, 2026
The first public version of the BYTERONIX software is released. The idea becomes a usable platform for products, management and customers.
Trademark application preparation
July 2026
The trademark application for BYTERONIX is being prepared. This creates the foundation for protecting the platform name and its independent identity over the long term.
