How does the prepaid balance work?
First, you top up your BYTERONIX account. Orders and ongoing services are then paid from the available balance, keeping your spending transparent.
Can my account go into debt?
No. BYTERONIX follows a prepaid model, so only available balance can be used.
How can I top up my balance?
The customer area shows the currently available payment methods. Top-ups start at €1.00 and are limited to €250.00 per payment. The maximum account balance is €750.00.
Where can I see my top-ups?
Your previous top-ups, bonuses and payment status are listed in the top-up history.
Can donated balance be donated again?
No. Received donations and one-time bonus credit can be used for products, but cannot be donated again. This protects the prepaid system from abuse.
Where can I find invoices and transactions?
Invoices, orders, balance movements and product payments are available in the customer area under invoices, orders and transactions.

Which products does BYTERONIX offer?
BYTERONIX offers server, voice, web hosting and domain services. Available products are displayed in the customer area.
When is an order provisioned?
Many services can be provisioned automatically after a successful order. Some products or reviews may take a little longer.
What happens if my balance is too low?
Without sufficient balance, a service cannot be newly ordered or renewed. Please top up in time.
How do runtimes and renewals work?
Products are prepaid. The dashboard shows the remaining runtime and lets you renew products flexibly depending on the product type.
What happens when a product expires?
You receive email reminders before expiry. After expiry, the product is suspended. If it is not renewed within the grace period, it may be deleted automatically.
How do I connect my domain to a webspace?
Your webspace page includes a “Connect domain” action. For BYTERONIX-managed domains, the required DNS records can be created automatically. For external domains, we show the values you need to set manually.
How do I point my domain to a TeamSpeak server?
Your TeamSpeak server page also includes a “Connect domain” action. BYTERONIX domains can be configured automatically, while external domains receive clear setup instructions.

How do I order a domain?
Search your desired domain, check availability and choose a term of 1, 2 or 3 years in the order process. Payment is made using BYTERONIX balance.
What is a domain transfer?
If a domain is already registered, it may be transferred to BYTERONIX. You need the auth code from your current provider. If the auth code is wrong or invalid, the registry rejects the transfer.
Which nameservers does BYTERONIX use by default?
By default, domains use ns1.connectlayer.de and ns2.connectlayer.de. You can later change nameservers in the domain management area if the domain supports it.
Can I manage DNS records myself?
Yes. Domain management lets you view and manage DNS records. A DNS generator helps with common setups such as webspace, TeamSpeak, game servers or mail servers.
Why does my domain handle need to be complete?
Registries require complete holder data for domain registrations. At minimum, your address and contact data must be complete before ordering a domain.
Webspace & TeamSpeak

Do I need my own domain for webspace right away?
No. Every webspace receives an automatic technical address. You can connect your own domain later at any time.
How is a webspace provisioned?
The system selects a suitable host system, creates a dedicated Plesk account and provisions the webspace with the booked package limits.
Which TeamSpeak backups are available?
Three TeamSpeak backups are included. During the order, you can optionally choose four or five backups.
Can I change TeamSpeak settings myself?
Yes. You can manage the server name, welcome message, password, server group keys and backups in the customer area. The BYTERONIX host button remains fixed for security and branding reasons.

How do I contact support?
Create a support ticket in the customer area and select the appropriate department. Replies and status changes appear in the ticket conversation.
What is a support PIN?
The support PIN helps our team securely assign your request to your customer account. Only share it with official BYTERONIX support.
How do I protect my account?
Use a unique strong password and enable two-factor authentication whenever possible.
How do I receive the customer role?
Open “My Account” in the customer area and select “Discord”. Connect your Discord account to your BYTERONIX customer account. You will then be added to our Discord server and automatically receive the customer role.
