You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post, fax or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

For a service contract, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service and began performance only after you expressly consented and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance by us.

For contracts concerning digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we begin performance after you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Depending on the specific product or service, further statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply.
