Subletting webspaces is not permitted. We offer separate reselling solutions for such requirements.
Following a successful order, webspaces are automatically provisioned on an available host system. Each webspace receives its own Plesk account and an automatically generated technical address. Customers may additionally assign their own domains within the limits of the selected package.
Package scope
The services shown for the selected package at the time of ordering are authoritative, particularly storage, databases, email mailboxes and assignable domains. Unused resources cannot be transferred or paid out.
Fair-use rule
A data transfer volume of
230 GB per calendar month is included unless otherwise specified in the selected plan.

Storage limit
The “Webspace Unlimited” plan is offered under a fair-use policy. Regular permitted disk usage is 100 GB. The term “Unlimited” does not create an entitlement to unlimited physical resources.
Not permitted
- • Up- & Download-Webseiten
- • Large scripts or applications not typical for web hosting
- • Game servers or TeamSpeak servers
- • Large files such as backups, ISO images or archives
For webspaces, we also reserve the right to impose restrictions or suspensions after contacting the customer in cases of excessive server utilisation.
Term and deletion
Webspaces are provided on a prepaid basis for the selected term and are not automatically renewed solely because sufficient balance is available. After expiry, the webspace is suspended. If no renewal takes place within the period shown in the customer area, the webspace and its associated data are permanently deleted.
